Delivery Area

At this time, Genovix ships exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing & Preparation

Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1–3 business days.
During the preparation stage, our team will:

  • Verify product availability
  • Confirm customization requirements (if applicable)
  • Review shipping information
  • Ensure order eligibility under our shipping policies

To avoid delays, customers are encouraged to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If additional information is required, our customer support team may contact you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.

While we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Taxes & Fees

All Genovix shipments are currently domestic within the United States.

Applicable taxes, where required, will be calculated and included during checkout. No additional customs fees apply to domestic orders.

Delayed Deliveries

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe.

In the event of unexpected shipping delays, Genovix will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and provide updated delivery information whenever possible.

Refused or Canceled Deliveries

If an order is canceled or refused after shipment has already been processed, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

Please note that refunds may not be issued if the return shipping expenses exceed the value of the purchased item(s).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If a package becomes undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges
  • Product costs may be refunded once the package is successfully returned to Genovix

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Product Availability

In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the order will be canceled automatically and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers will also be notified regarding the unavailability of the product.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify Genovix within 7 days of receiving your order.

Upon verification:

  • Genovix will arrange shipment of the correct product within up to 8 weeks
  • Return shipping costs for incorrect items will be covered by Genovix

If the customer chooses not to proceed with an exchange, the request may be processed as a standard return. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply.
