We hope you love your Genovix purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help make the return and refund process simple and transparent.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment for a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Remain in original packaging
  • Include all original contents

Products with visible defects or issues must be supported with clear photos or videos

Customers must obtain an RMA Number before returning any item. Returns or exchanges without an approved RMA may be rejected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance products
  • Opened or damaged packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
